I love all the books by James Frey! They are: A Million Little Pieces, My Friend Leonard and Bright Shiny Morning. First two are fantastic.

we're almost done with 'To kill a mockingbird' in my class, and we watched the movie. (i'm not recommending it though) lol ;]

i don't know what you're into much, but i'm reading 'Lies My Teacher Told Me: Everything Your American History Textbook Got Wrong' this summer. 'Valley of the Dolls' will also be on my summer.

PS; if you havent read these..

* Go Ask Alice
* Coraline
* Diary of Margaret Ann Brady (a Titanic story)
* Out of the Dust

sweet hereafter by russel banks
paisley girl (forgot the author)

i liked those, but they're all a little grim.
