@Karoline I'm pretty sure the model is Kristen Mcmenamy, and she is in her middle 40's but still breathtakingly beautiful. No need for ageism :)

Love this model. I heard she actually wasn't 100% grey and she decided to get the rest of her hair dyed to match the grey! Totally gutsy and awesome look.
