you're so welcome for the post, lady! it was my absolute pleasure :) made me kinda sad revisiting those pictures- not sure where the time has gone since then! when i brought it up with a friend at work, she was like you grew up lol! she didn't know me at the time of the trip...but i guess she was right: i am no longer in the position to bail on life and "backpack." at least not right now, while my career is just getting sorted out: kinda bittersweet :) SOOOOOO ENJOY your trip cause before you know it, it'll be a very fond memomry :) and MAKE the MOST of it! i don't know if you're travelling alone or not, but what i found great about being on my own is that i could seize any opportunity i wanted to without having to check with my +1. And i did...it's how i ended up on that massive road trip from airlie beach to alice springs and ayers rock and then down to Victoria. I was initially on the typical bus trip up the east coast from sydney but i ditched that after the people i met sailing the witsunday islands told me about their road trip plan to the outback. it can be intimidating to travel alone but soooo rewarding :)
